ROTARY VANE KITS

Our Rotary Vane Compressors are the finest in the industry, and they are guaranteed for 1 year, under proper usage. However, most people use them successfully for many years, prior to servicing them. When they are serviced, the main item to be replaced is the carbon vane system, which is designed to last 10,000-to-15,000 hours. Included in the kits are the vanes and the appropriate seals and compatible accessories, along with bearings and additional accessories in the larger models. In order to do the repair, the vane housing must be removed, and the old parts removed and replaced with the new ones. It usually takes from 15 minutes-to-1 hour, depending on the size of the unit and the skill level employed. All prices are subject to change, and shipping is handled by UPS, F.O.B.
