PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

•  Provide ecological analysis of ponds & wastewater treatment systems all over the U.S.
•  Design and provide AquaPros™ bacterial and enzyme products to clean ponds & wastewater treatment lagoons.
•  Design ponds, from an ecological perspective, and provide complete aeration systems.
•  Design and provide aerated septic systems, using aeration and beneficial microbe and enzymes, for treating septic systems all over the U.S.
•  Assist in the development and promotion of an innovative, grease pre- treatment system, called the Remediator, manufactured and sold by Jay R. Smith Co. & nominated for the U.S. Plumbing Invention of the Year by the National Association of Plumbing Engineers.
•  Produce the Remediator culture, a proprietary culture of micro-organisms, designed to digest a wide variety of fat, oil, and grease accumulating in the Remediator systems, sold all over the world.


•  Manage and assist in the development of R & D facility, featuring proprietary and patented aquaculture systems for wastewater treatment and the aquatic farming of hybrid tilapia, hybrid striped bass, sturgeon, shrimp, and spirulina algae.
•  Manage a commercial spirulina algae facility.
•  Raise over $10 million, in today’s dollars, for the company’s R & D projects.
•  Coordinate activities of attorneys, accountants, and office personnel to  develop promotional materials, pro-formas, and legal documents.

•  Set up a separate division and raise over $4 million in today’s dollars.
•  Conduct ecological research for a variety of private and government clients  for projects, located in over 10 states.
•  Operate as Project Manager on a variety of environmental projects,     managing support personnel and consultants.
•  Act as Senior Editor on all reports that were generated by the company.

•  Perform nutritional research on rainbow trout, and conduct surveys on fish  populations, aquatic macro-invertebrates, water quality, and ecological    conditions of various aquatic environments throughout the U.S.

•  Perform cost estimation for duties for Pifer Industries, Inc. in North Carolina  and design heating-and-air-conditioning systems for institutional buildings for  Buonaccorsi and Associates.

INVENTIONS

•  Co-developed a proprietary bacterial formula for digesting fats, oils, and    grease, used by Jay R. Smith Co. in their patented device for pre-treating   drainage from restaurants and food processing facilities.
